SUMMARY/OBJECTIVEThe purpose of the Junior Staff Auditor position is to perform performance audits of the client Fund beneficiaries in accordance with Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe position’s essential duties include the following:Planning and performing compliance audits in accordance with applicable audit standards;Preparing clear and concise audit work papers, reports, and other communications to document the audit procedures performed and exceptions identified;Communicating audit status and results via written reports and oral presentations on a timely basis to the auditee and client management;Performing project management duties over individual workload;EDUCATION EXPERIENCE AND EXPERIENCEMinimum Level of Education: Bachelor’s DegreeTraining or Formal Education Fields: Audit, Accounting, Finance and/or BusinessYears of Experience:Accounting & Auditing: 1 – 2 yearsOther Desired Experience: Telecommunications Industry; Microsoft Office; RegulatoryVIVA is an equal opportunity employer.
