• IT support for development of EWM report outs for the 4 ERP SAP Systems into EWM conversion• IT support to report and distribute daily warehouse reporting• EWM Error Log clean up support• Assist with IT improvements and recommendationsEssential Duties and Responsibilities:• Deliver detailed warehouse specifications, processes and best practices for the implementation of change. Enter and manage IT tickets.• Areas of concentration will be receiving, put away, order management, shipping, kitting, inventory control, picking and light production.• Assist customer with application design, setup, testing and training.• Advise customers/Peers on best practices in the areas of warehouse setup, receiving, storage and shipping.• Ability to setup data for testing of the new solutions or changes as cascaded due to changes in other disciplines.• Be the main point of contact for key customers and data collection.• Work and communicate effectively with staff members and executives at all levels within customer organizations• Assume role of Trusted Advisor to customers, internal and external, and be comfortable as primary contact to provide product information and best practice solutions.• Assist to help capture, prioritize and communicate recommended enhancements to IT.• Troubleshoot and address reported issues from Customers.• Utilize the Internal trouble shooting tools to diagnose, define and resolve system issues in both application and hardware areas• Customer requests and running daily/ monthly warehouse metrics/ reporting• Maintaining and troubleshooting “error logs”• Enter fix tickets• Identify root causesEducation and Experience:• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain related discipline is preferred or relevant work experience.• Warehouse operational experience desirable• Working knowledge of an ERP/ SAP/ EWM supply chain or warehouse management software solution desirable.Jon Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:• Good written and verbal communication skills• Excellent presentation skills (Web Demo experience desirable)• Self-motivated with ability to work on multiple projects independentlyVIVA is an equal opportunity employer.
