The company will be focused on our vision to quench the world’s thirst for more delight and nourishment, while continuing to build upon the many important diversity, sustainability, local community and philanthropic activities that our people and brands have historically supported.Key Responsibilities:• Responsible for Onboarding Calendar and process for all salaried and hourly new hires• Assist with a variety of special projects including i.e. seasonal hiring, training, recognition etc.• Own the internal full cycle bid process 74/• Supports the team in the analysis, coordination, and execution of various HR tasks• Multi-task, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities and work assignments• Identifying improvement opportunities in the assigned processes• Deliver information in a variety of settings including one-on-one, team settings, presentations, and various written forms such as letters, memorandums• Analyze various reports from internal systemsSkills & Abilities• Communication skills: Excellent oral, written communication, and listening skills to share information effectively and proactively• Ability to keep information confidential• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to help with initiatives as needed• Ability to be resourceful, creative, and results-oriented• Detail-oriented - Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills• Ability to meet deadlines and balance multiple priorities• Ability to assume responsibility and work independently with little or no supervision at times• Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with people at all levels, in person and over the phone both within and outside the company• Must possess organizational, problem solving and follow-through skills to complete projects in a timely manner• Continuous improvement mindsetMinimum Qualifications:• Must be 18 years of age or older• High school diploma/GED equivalentPreferred Requirements• 3-5 years of HR administrative experience is preferred• Computer skills in Excel and proficiency with Word, Outlook, and PowerPointVIVA is an equal opportunity employer.
