Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Onboarding Calendar and process for all salaried and hourly new hires
• Assist with a variety of special projects including i.e. seasonal hiring, training, recognition etc.
• Own the internal full cycle bid process 74/
• Supports the team in the analysis, coordination, and execution of various HR tasks
• Multi-task, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities and work assignments
• Identifying improvement opportunities in the assigned processes
• Deliver information in a variety of settings including one-on-one, team settings, presentations, and various written forms such as letters, memorandums
• Analyze various reports from internal systems

Minimum Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma/GED equivalent

Preferred Requirements
• 3-5 years of HR administrative experience is preferred
• Computer skills in Excel and proficiency with Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
