Description :Qualifications:Applies extensive problem solving and decision making skills Experience in project management/leading projects Strong communication skills Strong consultative skillsResponsibilities:Provide expertise and support for Workday functionality and reporting consultation, enhancements, upgrades/releases, integrations, requests, documentation/training, and communications Collaborate on or lead HCM/HRIS projects Collaborate with the client People & Culture, Finance, and Analytics teams as well as other entities to further optimize operations and reporting within Workday A highly collaborative and motivated HRIS team working towards stabilizing a new HR technology (Workday) that was implemented in 2021 and optimizing our HCM technology and analytics.Experience Minimum five years of experience in a related field Education Bachelor’s Degree with coursework in business/human resources/technology (however, we are flexible with the type of degree) Experience with Workday (required) – Minimum 3 years of Workday experience (also flexible here to see a range of candidates but Workday experience in general is a requirement)Note :Remote position.VIVA is an equal opportunity employer.
