Statement of Work
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Undergeneral supervision, procuresroutine and lowdollar value supplies, equipment, materials, services, and maintenance required to support client's mission. These responsibilitiesare accomplished in cooperation with internal customers, FRA project,
support personnel, and subcontractors in accordance with established procurement policies and procedures, contract law, commercial practice and applicable federal procurement regulations.

• Client Specific Training (150 Hrs)
• PIP-II Instrumentation Designs (965 Hrs)
• PIP-II Vacuum Designs (965 Hrs)

Technical Skillset
• Experience with Siemens NX11 and Newer
• Experience with Siemens Teamcenter 9 and Newer
• Experience with complex mechanical modeling
• Experience with complex mechanical assemblies
• Knowledgeable in welds and geometric tolerancing
• Experience with making technical drawings
• Ability to pass safety training
• Ability to make site inspections and measurements
• Knowledgeable with Microsoft Products, Windows/Office

DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES:

• Create and modify simple 3D models and 2D drawing packages following parametric and feature-based modeling practices using Siemens NX
• Use Siemen Teamcenter’s workflow process to check and release drawings and provide revision control
• Create, check, and revise CAD drawings in compliance with the ASME Y14.5 – 2018 Dimensioning and Tolerancing Standard.
• Work within multiple design teams comprised of engineers, scientists, designers, drafters, and technicians, throughout the drawing release/revision process. Support activities that communicate drawing requirements and resolve drawing issues with other functional departments.
• Collaborate with multiple design teams to optimize the design of beam lines, vacuum systems, magnetic and radiation shielding, and assembly tooling.
