Introduction

The client is seeking a part time contractor to assist in the Service Management area for 1 year.

Scope

The individual will provide services and support within the Service Management organization in a parttime capacity.
10 - 20 hours per week
The duties can be fullfulled remotely (on-site attendance is not required)
The work can be completed during non-business hours, however, candidate must be flexible
and be able to attend business meetings as needed
The client will evaluate at the end of the contract to determine if we want to exercise the
optional extension years.

Objectives

The individual will mostly focus on operations and tickets management, however there are
opportunities to contribute to projects.
Weekly Status reports, detailing work completed is required.
Operations
Configuration/Asset management ticket triage
Monthly Service Report creation
Yearly Service Document Reviews
Projects, as a contributor
CMDB Certification Audit improvment
Service Layer relationship stack Mapping (BSM Map re-config)
Re-design of CI Class forms
Other assorted small Software/Asset/Conifiguration Management projects
Participation in Service Planning (Config/Asset)

Required Skills

ServiceNow - managing tickets and Configuration Item/relationship (CMDB) maintenance experience
Data entry using a gui interface
Microsoft Suite experience (Word, Excel, Outlook, TEAMs)
Working knowledge of asset and supplier management processes.
Skills to create reports from multiple data sources.
Excellent communication skills including written and verbal skills.

Preferred Skills

Previous experience working with the client applications including
Sunflower - the client asset management software. Skills preferred include report interpretation to coordinate with Service Now and Equipdb data.
Equipdb - the client equipment database. Skills include reporting, interpretation of data, data maintenance and coordination of data to ServiceNow and Sunflower.
Experience with the client Service Management processes and ServiceNow implementation.
ITIL experience/trainin
