Job Description

This position will be responsible primarily for managing goods receipt discrepancies and creating receipt investigation tickets with our 3PL.
Reviewing and updating planning parameters for a number of relevant indicators (e.g. turnover, production, inventories, changes in inventory, capital expenditure requirements, employee capacities, etc.).

Analyzes, controls and reports on relevant KPI (e.g. productivity, profitability, capital tie-up, assets), detects and evaluates plan deviations, and derives recommendations for respective remedial measures.
Generating report for internal and External Suppliers.
Updating pricing discrepancies and working with Material Master Team to insure pricing is updated in our system accurately.
Reviewing Warranty Orders to insure they are closed correctly and on time.
creating Repair PO's and following up with the 3PL on the status providing tracking information to suppliers as needed.
Updating External Purchases for On Time Delivery, making corrections as needed.
Introduces and implements logistical requirements regarding material provision and delivery as well as material phase-in/out in the PLM process.
Plans and controls assigned inventories and stocks (e.g. supply level, planning adjustments, etc.), analyzes inventory changes and develops measures for inventory reduction.
Analyzes and controls logistical processes (e.g. Cycle Time, First Pass Yield, On-time delivery, KPI of effectiveness, productivity, etc.), in order to detect process weaknesses and to start process improvements.
Maintains a network and cooperates with all involved stakeholder in the respective processes. "Acquires"Work is still routine and procedurized, but changing priorities or differing situations encounter on regular terms.
Thinking then is focused on analyzing, evaluating, prioritizing and solving operational issues and incidents or on optimizing tools used in process.
While working under supervision, positions are designed to provide some advice and assistance to less experienced colleagues.

Work is routine in a related field of work, gaining experience through focused inhouse-training.
