Overview:
As a coordinator, you will be responsible for responding to service requests from our customers and updating corporate contacts with ETAs, recommendations, and work request status.
You will be working with a small team of four to impact energy savings across a portfolio of currently five corporate customers based throughout the continental US.
This individual will report to the Managed Services Team Lead and will have no direct reports.

Responsibilities:
• Overall responsibility – Process warranty and quote requests and provide updates to customers.
• Update clients via Service Channel and Zendesk
• Verify delivery of parts to sites and create tickets for the Managed Services queue to act on parts deliveries.
• Submit dispatch and parts requests via our internal system and SAP as needed.
• Submit quote requests into Service Channel.
• Upload customer invoices into Service Channel work orders as needed.
• Submit requests to update information within SAP equipment numbers into the Managed Services queue.
• Submit requests to update information within SAP Ship-to parties to the BT ECS Customer Setups mailbox.
• Engage in special projects as requested by Management.

Requirements:
Preferred experience with SAP, Zendesk, Microsoft Suite
Preferred Soft Skills: Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, time management and good communication skills.
Preference will be given to those with previous coordinator roles in a fast paced environment.

Spotlight Call Notes:
• Responsible for managed services technician
? Will track requests and dispatches from start to completion of work and sending invoice to billing dept
• To be successful in the role, attention to detail is imperative. Strong SAP experience.
• Starting hours will most likely be 10 am - 7 pm while shadowing another team member
• Training will take a few weeks
The title for the position aligns more with a Project Coordinator or Building Automation Coordinator



Notes:

Typical work hours are between 7AM and 7PM (8 hr shifts), and will be hybrid remote/office, with approximately 2-3 days per week expected in office once training is complete.
