Job Description


Client has an exciting new opportunity within the Specialty Customer Care team. The team is seeking several Enrollment Coordinators interested in utilizing their strengths in Data Entry and Customer Service.
As an Enrollment Coordinator you will be responsible for collecting and entering patient demographics, payer information and therapy information for new patients referred to the Specialty Pharmacy.
You will interact with referral sources to initiate the new referral process. You will also participate as an auditor in quality initiatives, including continuous quality improvement, within the department.
In order to be successful in this role you’ll utilize your knowledge of the Microsoft Office applications; Word, Excel, and Outlook. The ability to type 60 wpm with the proven track record of accuracy and extreme attention to detail and problem solving is another thing necessary to ensure your success in this position.

Data Entry - 1+ years
·Data Entry Alpha and Numeric Scores: Should be at 11,000/KSPH or above

Education
High school diploma or GED required

Notes:

Orientation Training is 2 weeks long from 8:00am - 4:30pm and the first 4 days will be onsite and deploying to work from home on 5th day
Shift: Must be flexible and reliable as well as able to work a full-time 8 hour shift from 9:30 to 6:00pm. (Our 2-week training hours are from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.) Attendance is highly critical in this position.

Monday through Friday 9:30am to 6:00pm (AZ) 11:30am to 6:00pm (CST)
Onsite Training required
Must have a typing test on the resume
Temporary work from home, onsite as needed: Must have highspeed internet that connects directly to PC- (no wireless connection/ WIFI)- Private area to work in that is free from distractions and have a locked door.
