Client has an exciting new opportunity within the Specialty Customer Care team. The team is seeking several Enrollment Coordinators interested in utilizing their strengths in Data Entry and Customer Service.As an Enrollment Coordinator you will be responsible for collecting and entering patient demographics, payer information and therapy information for new patients referred to the Specialty Pharmacy. You will interact with referral sources to initiate the new referral process. You will also participate as an auditor in quality initiatives, including continuous quality improvement, within the department.In order to be successful in this role you’ll utilize your knowledge of the Microsoft Office applications; Word, Excel, and Outlook.
