Business AnalystLooking for someone with this skill set/background:Background: Case Management & Document ManagementTool Knowledge (Preferred/Required): ServiceNow; Hyland Onbase; OpenTextThis position will lead an assessment effort to find a Case Management solution with Document Management capabilities for our group.The person will develop an RFP working with the client HRC and Provurement personnel. Upon approval to implement, this position will be the lead BA on the effort.Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements. Designs details of automated systems. May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems. May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.Has wide-ranging experience, using professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in innovative and effective ways. Requires specialized comprehensive knowledge in specific area, with depth and/or breadth of expertise. Solves complex issues and problems; takes a broad perspective to identify solutions, and using applicable functional knowledge and existing methodologies. Exercises judgment in selecting best methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends solutions/best practices. Ability to execute highly complex or specialized projects; adapts precedent and may make significant departures from traditional approaches to develop solutions.Has experience with case management solutions preferrably for HR and is knowledgeable with document management.
