We are looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to support our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the sales order process from order entry to collection. Candidate will ensure timely order entry, correct ordering, will follow up on schedules and control all related cost. ResponsibilitiesEnter and validate customer orders against purchase Order and original Proposal.Process credits, returns, repairs and warranty orders as needed.Requisition parts and deliveries for the customer order.Close coordination with customer, factories and project management throughout the execution of the contractPrimary contact for administrative and contract question for customerRequired Knowledge/Skills, Education, and ExperienceBS/BA in Finance or related area required, or equivalent experienceProficient in MS Excel and WordSAP R/3, SD and PS Module - REQUIREDSalesForce.com experienceProficiency with standard accounting principles.Note :8am-5pmVIVA is an equal opportunity employer.
