Description

The Global Marketing Services Program Manager is responsible for scoping, designing, planning, testing, delivering, monitoring and enhancing marketing campaigns in line with business objectives. Aligns the campaign project team creating interlock between line of business, program services, insights and analytics and sales teams where required. Develops campaign strategies, tracking strategies and campaign architecture in line with business goals. Activates Global Marketing Services team members as needed to support the execution of effective campaigns integrated with the digital infrastructure.

Includes the following: other duties may be assigned
• Works under the direction of the Head of Program Managers providing support for all Demand Generation Programs including managing the campaign framework, developing programs that align with business goals and monitoring performance providing consult in strategic direction that will improve overall performance.
• Responsible for customer account management and customer relationships.
• Work alongside the digital strategies to ensure targets are met and make decisions around continuation or adjustment of campaign activity
• Ensure all campaigns are delivered effectively, to deadline and in-line with business objectives
• Translates business objectives and brand strategies into effective, multichannel marketing programs that leverage the strengths of digital channels and technologies
• Provide detailed analysis and reporting of each campaign, including interpretation, commentary and recommendations
• Maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders
• Identify content and messages that resonate with our target market and execute marketing tactics that generate leads
• Develop nurturing campaigns for all areas of the sales funnel to maintain top-of-mind presence with desired prospects and leads during the sales process
• Create and execute client nurturing and communication campaigns to support client retention and service expansion
• Develop, execute and manage critical processes

QUALIFICATIONS:

Deep understanding of overall marketing and communications mix with the ability to align content, tactics, channels with business goals to generate business accepted leads and increase brand awareness.
• Travel 5%
• 2+ years’ experience in the fields of marketing, online marketing or online advertising
• Experience with e-mail, marketing automation platform, social media programs
• Marketing or digital agency experience, managing customer relationships in a marketing agency environment preferred.

EDUCATION:
BS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

EXPERIENCE:
• 2 years+ experience in the fields of marketing, online marketing or online advertising
• Proven ability to coordinate fast-paced, high level leadership teams centered on complex issues.

SKILLS/PROFICIENCIES:
• Project coordination/ management skills
• Strong communications skills, including writing and presentation skills
• Organizational skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks and work with minimum supervision
• Digital marketing
• Ability to work effectively within a complex, multi-layered organization
