Description: - work with travelers to schedule their travel, lodging, conference registration, and other travel expenses- answer travel questions for travelers- process vouchers for travelers by reviewing the expenses claimed to make sure they are within policy and supported with documentation- be knowledgeable of client Board and Research & Statistics travel rules and policies- assist with division administrative duties, as time allows (such as HR and budget tracking, arrangements, logistical support, etc)Position/Skill requirements: customer service, clerical, compliance, organizational, planning and scheduling skills Desired Skills: - knowledge and experience working as a travel analyst- prior experience working with the E2 system preferred Years of experience: 3Education: High school diploma or equivalentPreferred hours: 8:30am – 5pmVIVA is an equal opportunity employer.
