This position is responsible for creating reports, insights and analytics in support of the Workforce Planning Team, creating specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs.Job Responsibilities:Partner with Workforce Planning to create reports, insights and analytics in support of the business.Create specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs.Produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools; perform research and assist in analyzing data related to strategic initiatives and broader research needs.Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with co-workers, management, customers, etc.Interface between the business and divisional data teams to generate tools to be leveraged in building analysis and reports which are actionable within the business environment.Create executive level slide decks to tell the workforce story providing strategic solutions to our future hiring initiatives.Partner with HR Analytics to create dashboards marrying up internal and external data addressing regular data needs from our HR COEs.Candidate will need to have experience with the following:Experience with Microsoft Talent Suite including Excel, Office, and PowerPoint and HR systemsAbility to use Microsoft Excel and use data mining skills to create data visuals (charts, graphs, pivot tables, etc.)Ability to interpret data and metrics to tell a workforce storyMeet deadlines and quick turnaroundsAbility to learn technology quickly and understanding talent acquisition dataClear and concise written and verbal communication skills to present to the business and managementSome experience with Workday would be idealWorkforce analytics/Position Management Experience preferredBS Degree in Human Resources or Business1-3 years of HR experienceData analysis experienceHybrid RoleVIVA is an equal opportunity employer.
