Job Description
The Project Manager position will report to the client IT Administrator, managing and planning multiple projects concurrently. These projects impact business and IT functions and may require the coordination of multiple internal and external stakeholders. Projects will involve the facilitation of requirements, development, and deployment, SharePoint management, and Google Project management of process and business for digital government advancements. This position will develop methods and processes for monitoring, measuring, and reporting on Client projects within the project management constraints of Scope, Quality, Time, Cost, Benefits, and Risk.
This position will also:
• Provide leadership and coaching for staff.
• Serve as Project Manager, Stakeholder Management, Vendor Management, Finance Management, PIJ Management, Status Report Management, Project Management Lifecycle, TFS/DevOps, Agile Management
• Build the inventory of business needs that are to be translated into lean processes and systems applications
• Review, analyze and make recommendations on information provision, dashboards and reports targeting performance and effective outcomes
• Develop Client Indicators to empower proactive activity and respond to Client indicator needs
• Develop project documentation, schedules, and other artifacts related to project management
• Facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements
• Guide teams to define requirements or stories/sprints and contribute to the product backlog
• Resolve resolution of conflicts between projects and functional areas
• Employ appropriate Business Management. Lean, Six Sigma, Project Management and/or Agile/Scrum, ITIL methodologies to effectively target project objectives
• Monitor project activities and resources and define new approaches to ensure successful project implementation.
• Manage or facilitate team and stakeholder interactions, communications, and meetings

• Monitor project activities and resources to ensure project Implementation
• Develop and deploy SharePoint site for internal and external users
• Balance competing priorities among multiple projects involving mixed matrix teams
• Support other members of client on related projects
• Manage and maintain work product and knowledge of client IT Initiatives and projects
• Maintain knowledge of client IT Initiatives and projects
Experience:
Required 5 years project management experience
Education Required
Certification through PMI or other Professional Accreditation board in Project Management
