Description :

The Cloud Solutions Architect is responsible for designing and implementing enterprise infrastructure and platforms required for cloud computing. Analyzes system requirements and ensures that systems will be securely integrated with current applications. Cloud architects are responsible for managing the cloud computing architecture in an organization, including the front-end platforms, servers, storage, delivery and networks required to manage cloud storage.

Skills Required

Knowledge of: Application architecture; Automation and orchestration; Governance; I&O (input and output); Integration architecture; IT Service Management/IT Operations Management; Outsourcing and external hosting; Security, vendor management Skill in: Thought leadership and change client; Communication and collaboration; Delegation; Cloud Solutions, Cloud Identity Management Ability to: Collaborate, empower and connect with a variety of other architecture roles in the organization; Lead cultural change for cloud adoption including developing and coordinating cloud architecture; Develop a cloud strategy and coordinate the adaptation process. Candidate should be highly knowledgeable in the area of cloud storage management.

Experience Required

5+ years of experience in Cloud Solutions including Architecting, developing and deploying Applications and Platforms to the Public Cloud. Private or public sector experience is okay. Candidate needs to know data, cyber and general security in the context of Cloud Applications.

Experience Preferred

Development experience is a plus but not reqiured.

Education Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or other IT related discipline Current certification in one of the following Public Cloud Architectures:
AWS Certified Solutions Architect
Google Certified Professional Cloud Architect
Azure Solutions Architect
