Job Description/Requirement• Technology Stack: .Net, C#, MS SQL Server, JavaScript, Azure DevOps & Azure• System Design: Experienced in designing large-scale systems and solutions. Possesses strong understanding of the business requirements, evaluating technologies, and creating architectural blueprints that guide the development team.• Technology Evaluation: Stays abreast of the latest technologies and trends in the industry. Has the ability to assess the suitability of different technologies for the organization's needs and help make decisions on which technologies to adopt.• Team Leadership: Strong experience in leading and mentoring teams of engineers. Has provided guidance on best practices, review code, and ensure that the development team follows architectural guidelines. Strong communication and leadership skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams..• Collaboration: Has worked closely with other teams such as product management, quality assurance, and operations to ensure a holistic approach to system development and deployment.• Problem Solving: Has personally solved complex technical problems such as addressing performance issues, ensuring scalability, and troubleshooting challenges in the development process.• Security: Has played a crucial role in ensuring the security of systems including design of architectures with security in mind and work with security teams to implement measures to protect systems and data.• Scalability and Performance: Has ensured that systems can handle growth and perform efficiently is a key responsibility and designed architectures that can scale horizontally and vertically as needed.• Documentation: Has created and maintained comprehensive documentation including architectural diagrams, design documents, and guidelines for development teams.• Project Management: Has been involved in project management aspects, such as estimating project timelines, resource planning, and providing technical leadership in project meetings.• Continuous Learning: Has the urge and motivation to focus on continuous learning as a routine practice to stay updated on emerging trends and technologies.VIVA is an equal opportunity employer.
