Description/Comment:

Responsibilities:

The Technical Business Systems Analyst will be working under the guidance of the enterprise architecture team and will:

Maintain a prioritized roadmap and develop implementation plans of specific Ardoq use cases.
Collaborate with stakeholders and customers across the organization to define architecture documentation use cases, identify data needs, data collection and reporting needs.
Configure and administer the Ardoq application by creating and configuring users, workspaces, components, references, views, reports, dashboards, etc.
Collect and maintain data in Ardoq from different sources, including external systems (e.g. Sharepoint, Azure, AWS), existing spreadsheets, diagrams, IT service owners and engineers.
Establish data collection mechanisms and processes, including automated data integrations and manual Ardoq data collection tools such as editors and surveys.
Orchestrate and execute data collection processes.
Work with architects, IT service owners and engineers to gather architecture documentation and data.
Contribute to the creation of strategic and tactical direction of the enterprise architecture documentation and supporting use cases.
Perform basic project management fundamentals such as creating and managing project plan, timeline, risks, tasks, decisions.
Communicating status to enterprise architects, IT service owners and leadership.
Develop training materials, documentation of and communication materials of processes, use cases and Ardoq administration.

Qualifications:

2+ years experience with Ardoq (preferred), or any enterprise architecture documentation tool.
Familiarity with enterprise architecture concepts, frameworks, terminology, and processes.
Solid data analysis and data management skills.
Strong technical acumen and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and understand architecture diagrams and convert them into Ardoq documentation.
Ability to communicate well with a wide range of stakeholders with differing needs and preferences.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
