The Legal Coordinator has primary responsibility for the non-clinical aspects of physician operations administered by client. In this role you will be a part of a collaborative cross-functional team charged with ensuring that the evolving administrative physician operations which support client comply with internal and external regulations, standards, and practices.DutiesSupport the review of physician contracts in identifying key elements.Manage and document contract key elementsAssist in the preparation of documentation for amendmentsAssist with special projects and other departmental duties as assignedExperienceLegal Assistant/Paralegal training strongly preferred3+ years of experience working in an administrative environment.Easily adapt to change in a fast-paced environmentProject management experienceEducationVerifiable High School Diploma or GED requiredBachelor's degree preferredMon-Fri 8:30-5; Hybrid – onsite Tuesday, Wednesday and ThursdayVIVA is an equal opportunity employer.
