Client/Customer Service (explaining basic FA concepts to students and answering simple questions)This position will report to the Director of Financial Aid Advising. The candidate will explain/advise students on Federal Student Aid (Loans, Grants, Scholarships). The desired candidate will need to lookup information in our database to answer specific questions and ensure students meet basic requirements. This candidate will need to determine if a student has completed their Master Promissory Note (MPN) and Entrance Counseling to receive Student Loans.
