Job Description


Seeking a dynamic and experienced English Communications Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communications training and will be responsible for ensuring that our offshore recruiters communicate effectively with U.S. candidates.

Core Job Responsibilities:
1. Call Monitoring and Feedback: Monitor calls between offshore recruiters and U.S. candidates, providing constructive feedback to improve communication skills and ensure adherence to company standards.

2. Training Assistance: Collaborate with our Training Development Manager to deliver communications training during recruiter onboarding sessions and other relevant training modules. Assist in developing training programs as needed to address specific communication challenges.

3. Training Program Development: Contribute to the development of training materials and programs focused on enhancing communication skills for offshore recruiters.

4. Training Sessions Hosting and Presentations: Host training sessions for offshore recruiters, delivering presentations on various communication topics as required to improve overall effectiveness and professionalism.

5. Interview Panel Participation: Participate in the interview process for offshore recruiters, working alongside hiring managers to assess candidates' communication abilities and suitability for the role.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, English, Education, or a related field preferred
• Proven experience in communications or English as a Second Language (ESL) training, preferably in a corporate or recruitment setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback in a positive and motivating manner.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in developing training materials and delivering presentations.
• Familiarity with recruitment processes and candidate communication best practices is a plus.
• Flexibility to work in a hybrid or on-site environment.
