Job Description


Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and attentive Digital Asset Specialist to become a part of our growing team. The primary duties of this role include reviewing asset uploads, updating tags on the assets, and serving as the primary point of communication for daily inquiries in the shared team inbox.

This role also oversees the review and approval of client related assets, administration, and governance of enterprise-wide digital assets within the enterprises’ Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
This role also supports management of the DAM’s userbase and delivery of excellent customer service through software training, assistance, and troubleshooting as necessary.

Duties

Responsibilities:


Maintain DAM functionality and user management

Supervise and monitor access and use of digital assets for usage and brand consistency

Apply metadata and tags following client Information Architecture

Review vendor and model assets to ensure they meet project specific requirements

Assist users with asset inquiries and manager user accounts and senior executives.

Experience

Requirements


0-2 years' experience in a professional work environment

Strong communication skills

Preferred experience in Data Management, libraries, digital collections, or SEO

Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud, Mac OS, and Microsoft Suite

Ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines

Experience with Adobe Experience Manager a plus

Education

High school diploma or GED required. Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in Library Science a plus.
