Team Assistant

Position will be a full time office position that supports a group of individuals in multiple areas.
Some areas include: maintain fleet vehicle ordering, terminating and transferring for the client branch, participates in Safety awareness and communication; create monthly newsletters; helps organize tradeshow and ordering of handout materials.
Customer satisfaction reporting and communication;
new hire onboarding/off boarding process;
IT support;
assists with organizing branch employee and customer events.
Competent in MS Office applications, a plus to have Outlook experience. experience - with multiple choice situations in number of processes and routines.


• This is more of an administrative assistant with various responsibilities.
• Must have Microsoft office and know how to maneuver through excel, outlook, etc..
• Computer skills are a must
• Vehicle management will be one of the responsibilities.
• Responsible for office management space, booking conference rooms.
• Working with the sales team for events.
• More of a greeter so things run smoothly as customers come into the building
• Ordering office suppliers, ordering catering.
• Birthday announcements
• Keeping up certain reports, communication
• Excellent customer service is a must
• Must be a part of company events, such as Community charity events and blood drives.
• Participating in monthly safety meetings
• Manage the New hire onboarding/offboarding process
• Looking for a 'can-do,' attitude
• Not looking for just a phone operator, more like an office manager.

Note :

Team Assistant 7:30am - 4:30pm
This position will require the individual to be present at the office full time.
