Description :Responsibilities:Job Responsibilities :Assisting in the development of recruiting processes and practices that support the goals and direction of the Human Resources Department.Researching and sourcing candidates through advanced search techniques; generating recruitment reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing recruiting data and trends.Providing recruiting support to hiring managers for all exempt and non-exempt positions. Managing internal and external recruiting sources and extending offers once a candidate is selected.Coordinating all activities for organizational recruiting such as attending job fairs, placing ads, and performing initial interviews.Qualifications:EducationBachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment.Experience3 years - Experience in Human Resources required.Skills\CertificationsMust be detailed oriented, deal well with ambiguity, demonstrate strong strategic thinking and creativity skills, be an effective communicator with both internal and external partners/customers.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint)Ability to work independently under general supervision and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast paced environmentMust be a team player, be organized and have the ability to handle multiple projectsExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal and organizational skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience working in a high-volume recruitment environment with full life cycle recruitment.Strong attention to detailNote :Mon - Fri 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMAbility to come on-site during the training period.VIVA is an equal opportunity employer.
