Account Manager – US Staffing


At client USA, Inc. (Client), our client and candidate relationships are our top priority.
We’re looking for a dedicated and personable Account Manager to join our growing U.S. Staffing team, who can serve as a liaison between some of our U.S. clients and client and can ensure the staffing needs of those clients are met.
The Account Manager will have a series of tasks that are either client-related or job candidate-related. Our ideal Account Manager candidate must be driven to provide a quality customer experience. If you believe you can do all that, apply today and help us elevate our business to the next level.


Responsibilities:


Act as a Liaison between client and the client
Escalate issues from the Managed Service Provider (MSP) or by the Client as and when they arise
Work with team to resolve any client or consultant Issues.
Attend Client Conference/Requirement calls, Score Card meetings, and Performance review calls.
Manage scheduling, coordination, and preparation of job candidate Interviews. This would involve preparing each candidate for the interview with the client.
Handle Timesheet approvals/Credit memos/Client Surveys/Client Questionnaires
Create and conduct presentations (marketing materials) as and when needed
Market rate analysis
Negotiate with candidates if they are on the verge of declining the offer
Update placement details on timely basis within internal system
Ensure the Onboarding team has completed onboarding process for each candidate placed at client, and that the candidate is ready to start the project.
Ensure candidates have received training on the timesheet process
Engage candidate/consultants from time-to-time while they are on the project to ensure they are doing what is expected of them on the project as well as making sure all their employment needs are met.
Once consultant ends the project, ensure the offboarding team completes everything required as per the client and client offboarding process
Ensure the recruitment team is meeting client SLAs
Respond to Client-required audits
When required, review candidate resumes to ensure they match client requirements
Attend internal team calls as and when required
Encourage consultants or clients to post a review of client on Client’s social media pages

Required Skills/Experience:

Minimum 7-10 years of experience in account management in the Staffing industry
Experience working in the U.S. Staffing industry
Experience working with and interacting with client stakeholders
Comfortable working with MS Office
Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills


Preferred Skills/Experience:


Experience working with various MSP and VMS systems
Experience in winning new clients through various sales efforts
