Administrative Assistant

VIVA USA Inc. is seeking a energetic and experienced Administrative Assistant. Seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team in daily operations.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Key Responsibilities:
Perform general office duties, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and greeting visitors.
Maintain and organize files, records, and documents, both physical and electronic.
Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that necessary materials are available.
Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills

Preferred skills:
Typewriting higher or lower is preferable

This person will need to be in the office all 5 days
