Description:
Administrative assistant, legal assistant, or paralegal role (preferably in a large corporation environment). Supporting attorneys in the legal field, calendar management, scheduling meeting, onboarding new hires. Ordering supplies, and other office needs.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports or presentations.
Collecting, reviewing, and analyzing data; maintaining databases and filing systems.
Drafting correspondence, responding to inquiries, and acting as a liaison between departments or with external contacts.
Assist with onboarding processes of new hires.

KEY CHARACTERISTICS/ATTRIBUTES/SKILLS:
High School diploma or higher
Experience: 3 or more years experience in Legal or HR.
Skills: Advanced Microsoft Suite skills, including Powerpoint, Outlook, Excel, Word. Calendar management, excellent verbal and written communication, attention to details, time management, and organized.
3+ years of experience in administrative assistant, legal assistant, or paralegal role (preferably in a large corporation environment).
Calendar management and meeting coordination experience required.
Advanced Microsoft Suite skills, including PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word
