Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a large-scale project. This role is ideal for someone who excels at communication, and demonstrates excellent organizational skills . You'll be an essential part of a cross-functional team. The position could move into a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day project coordination and team communication
Schedule and manage project meetings, prepare agendas, and track follow-up items
Maintain project timelines, task lists, and action items
Assist with status reporting and ensure key updates are communicated across stakeholders
Organize and maintain project documentation, ensuring everything is up-to-date and easily accessible
Proactively follow up with team members to ensure tasks are progressing and deadlines are met

Qualifications:
Proven experience in a project support, coordination, or administrative role
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficient with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, etc.)
Ability to manage time effectively
Familiarity with project management tools or methodologies is a plus

Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines

Project: Large-scale initiative requiring strong coordination support; potential for extension based on project success

Tools: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (primary), SAP experience a plus

Education: High School diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred

Responsibilities:
Support Project Managers with action items, follow-ups, and reporting
Schedule and coordinate meetings
Serve as the liaison between the Enterprise Team, Local Branch Team, and General Contractor to ensure alignment

Skills: Strong communication, confident, and able to work effectively across multiple teams

Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible)
