Position Overview



Position Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized contractor with the client. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in supporting our team through efficient report processing, data entry, and data management.

Key Responsibilities:
Report Processing: Accurately compile, review, and process reports, ensuring all data is up-to-date and correctly entered into our system. Collaborate with team members to verify the accuracy of information and resolve any discrepancies.
Data Entry: Precisely input and update data into our systems, maintaining data integrity through regular checks and audits to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Data Management: Maintain and organize a ?ling system within our database to ensure easy access and retrieval of documents. Implement best practices for document management and storage

Quali?cations:
Proven experience in report processing, data entry, and data organization.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Pro?ciency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Easily able to learn new systems

Skill - Required / Desired - Amount of Experience
Prior experience in a role with strong data entry and accuracy. - Required - 1 Years
Prior experience in a role requiring verification of accuracy of data entry. - Required - 1 Years
Prior experience with report processing, compiling, reviewing and ensuring accuracy of report data. - Required - 1 Years
Prior experience with document management and organization within a database. - Required - 1 Years
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency. - Required - 1 Years
Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Required
Organizational and time management skills. - Required
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team. - Required

Onsite
In-office Position Hours per week: 37.5
Daily Scheduled time: 8 am – 4:30 pm with a 1 hour lunch break
