Hybrid position, 80% remote work and 20% of onsite workDescription:This Administrative Assistant position will primarily focus on 3 core areas:1) redacting Behavior Plans of all sensitive and private health information to prepare for annual reviews;2) updating behavior plan-related data fields in a central database system used by the client Support Coordination; and3) uploading approved behavior plan packets into a client member's electronic file once ready and writing progress notes to serve as a receipt.Skills:Database entry; Google and Adobe Acrobat skills; ability to follow standards of work guidelines to ensure consistency; ability to follow and maintain confidentiality guidelines that ensures the security and privacy of the client member's information; ability to recognize when support is needed and reach out for help.Qualification for Position:At least 2 years experience with using database systems, computer-based applications and clerical entry. Some experience with working within a team writing correspondence and communications regarding progress with tasks/projects.
