Description :Administrative AssistantFRONT OFFICE RECEPTION: Primary duties include greeting customers and clients when they arrive, maintaining scheduled events, providing direction and assistance, and answering phone calls in a helpful manner. The person will be responsible for receiving and signing for packages. Works well in an office environment ensures security protocols for visitors are followed and directs phone calls to specific departments or people. Creates a positive and professional first impression to show everyone we have a caring attitude. Education Required Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
