Description:

Provide administrative support to the client.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
answering and directing phone calls; assisting with the planning and coordination of meetings, maintaining office equipment, scanning, filing, ordering supplies and materials, and maintaining internal and external customer relations. The position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills; excellent computer skills; the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, vendors, and other outside clients. Sensitivity to confidential matters may be required.

Skills in document and correspondence development; Skill in proofreading and editing of documents; Effective time management and organizational skills; Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; Attention to detail; Skills in communication (written, verbal, and listening); Ability to analyze and prioritize assignments; Ability to work independently and as a part of a team, Ability to adapt to changing priorities; Ability to operate computer systems (GSuite); Ability to make sound decisions; Ability to follow detailed instructions; Ability to independently problem solve; Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive and confidential information

Administrative experience at a professional level in areas such as supervision, planning, support, and office administration.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Required Skills:
Strong Professional Communication Skills
3+ Years of General Work experience
High School Diploma or Higher

Preferred Skills:
3+ Years of Administrative experience
Experience proofreading/analyzing documents
