REPORTING/DATA ENTRY
Customer updates (service changes, end-date customers, etc.)
Super scheduler/Salesforce for hour schedules and mileage
Weekly sales reports and sales call-ins
SAFETY
Tracking, training, and coordination
OSHA required forms and document maintenance
Safety Committee meeting tracking DOT/timecard coordination with DOT coordinator
EQUIPMENT MANAGEMENT
Ordering and tracking HHs, mobile devices and computers iPhone setup, distribution and maintenance
Returns and repairs of field devices
BUDGETING/EXPENSES
Travel & Expense & Accounts Payable submissions (P-Cards, supplies, DOT, repairs, vendors, PPE ordering)
Uniform allowance updates (if applicable)
Fuel card maintenance
MEETINGS & EVENTS
Organize and manage budget for zone events
Meeting prep & slides (zone meetings, special events, etc.)
Coordinate execution of Flu Clinic, Wellness Fairs, etc.
HR Route bidding and re-engineering support (binder maintenance)
Route scheduling administration Personnel and safety files maintenance
TACTICAL
Facility Management (RSR Mailboxes, Communication boards, compliance posters) Zone Rewards & Recognition Mail management & shipping
