Description:Administrative AssistantDuties:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative/Clerical Assistant to support our team with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Requirements & SkillsProven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistantProficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize workAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsSkills:Role Specifics1. Scheduling, tracking, reporting of onsite medical exams including:a) Notifications to employees, supervisor and managers for upcoming Medicals (DOT Physicals, Audio and Respiratory Fit Testing etc.)b) Scanning, tracking and attaching results to online compliance program2. Working with client’s Third Party Vendors related to the client’s Drug and Alcohol Program, DOT Commercial Drivers Program & other required TestingsEducation:High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant/data management will be a plusNotes:Part Time position - 10-12 hours/week (2-3 days a week between 7am and 4pm) VIVA is an equal opportunity employer.
