The contractor will provide administrative and operational support to the Employment Law team, with a primary focus on supporting litigation and settlement activities.Responsibilities will include electronic document management (including organizing, filing, and transferring documents between systems such as SharePoint and CounselLink), as well as proactively requesting, tracking, and following up on documents from HR teams and other internal stakeholders to support litigation intake.The contractor will also assist with end-to-end settlement processing, including assembling and finalizing settlement packets, monitoring completion of required documentation, and following up with internal partners to ensure timely execution.This role will also serve as a key coordination point between the client and opposing counsel, helping to facilitate communications and ensure smooth information flow.An Associate or Bachlelors degreeNotes:Monday through Friday - 2-3 hours a dayPart TimeThe engagement is expected to require approximately 10-15 hours per week.
