Description:Responsibilities / Tasks of the RoleSupport sales teamManage a shared inbox - manage requests as they come in -Send customer requests to quoting teamReceiving and booking PO's - client system and Oracle (experience preferred by not required)Efficient, speed, fast communication with customerShared Inbox - OutlookWill provide training on client systemsMS office Initial communication will be only with client team but potential future communication with client customersAttend Team callsTeam Members - 15Essential Requirements of the role (Experience / Skills / Competencies) 1-5 years experience with MS Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel)Strong verbal and writen communication skillsProfessional demeanor and excellent customer service skillsAbility to multi-task while maintaining attention to detailsSoft Skills - Strong organizational skillsTools or Software (Required / Preferred) - MS Office Suite and Oracle is a plusEducation Qualifications (Required / Preferred) - Bachelor's preferred or AssociatesIndustry Background or Experience (Required / Preferred) - No industry specified (O&G experience helpful but not required)Languages Required & Proficiency Level English - proficient (Spanish/Portuguese or Italian is a plus)Notes:Monday through Friday (8 hours per day) VIVA is an equal opportunity employer.
