Job Description


Coordinates and has direct responsibility for a program, project, event or program. Creates and implements administrative systems to manage area of responsibility. Serves as main source of information, effectively responding to inquiries from potential customers, participants, academic collaborators. Prepares and maintains records, reports, budget and plans. May maintain a web page, website, or program materials. Requires 2 to 3 years of related experience, excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and direction. Able to plan, prioritize, and track work. Basic or better proficiency on common office software.

Additional Job Details
Serves customers of the FAS Registrar's Office directly either by telephone, email ,or face to face.
Obtain and evaluate relevant information to handle inquiries and issues.
Directs requests and unresolved issues to the designated resources.
Responsible for the credentialing functions of the FAS Registrar’s Office which includes student records, transcripts, degree & enrollment verifications, and other duties as assigned.

Looking for:
Possesses excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well independently, prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Has strong attention to detail and demonstrated experience with computer technologies such as Microsoft Office suite
Higher Ed experience a plus!

Notes:
35hrs a week 9a-5pm
Hybrid. 3-4 days onsite
