Position Overview



Coordinates and has direct responsibility for a program, project, event or program. Creates and implements administrative systems to manage area of responsibility. Serves as main source of information, effectively responding to inquiries from potential customers, participants, academic collaborators. Prepares and maintains records, reports, budget and plans. May maintain a web page, website, or program materials. Requires 2 to 3 years of related experience, excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and direction. Able to plan, prioritize, and track work. Basic or better proficiency on common office software.

This position reports to the Administrative Director and supports the Co-Faculty Directors.

Additional qualifications:
Fluency in Spanish would be very helpful;
Excel and related database skills; ability to quickly learn additional computer applications;
Flexibility and ability to manage multiple assignments from several sources, to prioritize while involved in simultaneous tasks under deadlines, stay calm under pressure and deal with frequent changes is essential;
Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills; ability to work with a diverse, multi-cultural population of clients, students and staff;
Previous experience with client systems (Concur - Buy2Pay) and accounting and budgets preferred.

Requires 2 to 3 years of related experience, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and direction.
Able to plan, prioritize, and track work.
Basic or better proficiency on common office software.
Previous experience with client systems (Concur and/or Buy2Pay).
Previous accounting and budgets experience preferred as well as fluency in Spanish (speaking & writing).

Notes:
100% Onsite
This is a part-time position of approximate 20 hours/week; 4 hours/day. Ideal schedule would be Monday-Friday 1:00-5:00pm.
