REQUIREMENTS:The candidate shall possess the knowledge and skills set forth in the Technical Services BOA, Section 3.2.1.1 for labor category: Intermediate Agile Coach.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Information Science/Technology, Business, Computer Science or equivalentAt least 8 years of direct experience in one or more aspects of Information Technology (Software design/development, IT Architecture, Technology or Product Owner/Management, and Quality Assurance)Minimum of 1 year experience as a Program Level Agile Coach supporting large Program(s) / Agile Release Train(s) with multiple Agile/Product Development TeamsAt least 2 years' experience as a Team Level Agile Coach for Agile/Product Development Teams to include standing up Agile/Product Development TeamsAt least 3 years' experience as a Scrum Coach (Scrum Master), Product Owner or in a Leadership role with Agile/Product Development TeamsExperience coaching, implementing, and enabling transformation of Agile/Product Development Teams to DevOps Teams, including use of Continuous Integration/Continuous Development (CI/CD) and Automation/Continuous TestingAt least one of the following certifications: - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) - Advanced Certified Scrum Master (ACSM) - SAFe Scrum Master - Agile Certified Scrum Coach (PMI-ACP)The candidate shall also demonstrate the below knowledge and experience:Experience with ServiceNow ITSM (IT Service Management), Platform Analytics, and Agile Development platformsExperience facilitating Big Room Planning/PI Planning events for Agile Release TrainsKnowledge and experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodologiesExperience developing and implementing strategic roadmaps for agile programsAbility to coach teams on iterative improvement practices and retrospective techniquesStrong facilitation skills including coaching to Scrum of Scrums, Product Owner Sync, and Inspect and Adapt WorkshopsExperience working with cloud-based ERP systems and supporting digital transformation initiativesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levelsThe Contractor shall deliver, but not limited to, the following:Agile Coaching & Transformation: Establish new Agile teams and provide interactive initial and ongoing coaching to stakeholders and teams and help existing teams adopt and improve agile methods and practicesBig Room Planning Facilitation: Design, prepare for, and facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning events including Sprint Planning, iteration planning, and team alignment sessionsStrategic Planning Support: Collaborate with program leadership to develop strategic roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and align team objectives with business outcomesTeam Effectiveness & Process Improvement: Conduct ongoing evaluations to ensure the effectiveness of Agile programs and recommend modifications to enhance team performance and delivery capabilitiesStakeholder Collaboration: Proactively collaborate and communicate with internal/external stakeholders to address Agile knowledge gaps and support program effectivenessTraining & Knowledge Transfer: Conduct comprehensive training modifications as necessary to build agile capability across the RAPID program and develop operating procedures to enable knowledge transferDevOps Enablement: Coach teams on DevOps practices, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), and automation techniquesReporting & Assessment: Provide regular assessments of team maturity, program health metrics, and recommendations for continuous improvement and work with the teams to implement improvement recommendationsNotes:Remote with organization’s discretion to request occasional on-site at client locations
