The Applications Development Supervisor will serve as the product manager (SAFe Agile Specialist) for applications developed in Salesforce, MuleSoft, .NET and other enterprise grade projects under in support of the Digital Transformation Office (DTO) . Additionally they will be a scrum master for the development team and follow Agile Methodologies including sprint ceremonies. The apps dev supervisor will also be responsible to ensure that there are no roadblocks and that the sprint commitments are met by their staff. Ensure compliance to departments policies and procedures.

Management of professional personnel in support of development projects.

Writing and composition of complex issues and ideas.
Facilitation of focus groups and work-groups and meetings.
Planning, coordinating, and organizing activities that involve multiple internal and external entities.
Preparing work plans, flowcharts, decision table matrices, procedures.
Administering and using project management software tools and programs, using process management software tools, and using software testing tools.

5 plus years of exp managing large backlogs
