The client requires the services of a senior Agile Scrum/Flow Master with the responsibilities for supporting the agile teams in their agile ceremonies and planning and implementation for the project and the operations and maintenance.The client requires the services of a senior Agile Scrum/Flow Master in the client organization with the responsibilities for supporting the agile teams in their agile ceremonies and planning and implementation of Epics and features that adds business value for both the project and the operations and maintenance. This role will perform daily assignment tracking, prioritization with business and divisions and will be involved in removing impediments for the team, and release planning with technical leads and team. This role will help with daily srum meetings, backlog refinement meetings, sprint planning and other agile ceremonies along with monthly releases, quarterly PI planning and other status meetings for managerial briefings and updates. This role will also help in measurig various metrics in the agile teams and drive continuous improvement, guiding and coaching team to achieve agile maturity along with planning, managing, and delivering solution for program backlogs.
