Appeals and Disputes Coordinator 


This position's duties include processing appeals to review, adjudicate and prepare administrative decisions on behalf of the client. 

Reviews voluminous documentation and interviews numerous professionals/paraprofessionals to determine if the adverse action taken by the client is justified and complies with appropriate client regulations. 

Updates the OAR Administrator as needed.


Required Skills:

1 year of high-volume case management experience


Notes:

M-F 8-5pm, will work 10-25 hours/week based on volume

Hybrid: can work fully remote or in office if they prefer. Not a requirement to be in office, but an option if they need assistance.
