The client is undertaking a comprehensive, multiyear modernization initiative to replace aging legacy systems—including full retirement of the ALICE platform—and transition to a unified, cloud native environment. This effort centers on building MyPAS 3.0, a modern Azure-hosted pension administration system that integrates seamlessly with the client member portal and client employer portal. The modernization responds to long standing challenges such as fragmented workflows, manual processes, limited scalability, and stability issues in legacy technologies.
