DESCRIPTION

Assignment Responsibilities
Support a range of art direction projects for apparel and accessories item-level e-commerce photography, ensuring imagery reflects brand standards, category strategies, and guest expectations.
Partner with photographers, stylists, producers, creative teams, and external partners to deliver high-quality imagery across photo productions
Manage multiple assignments simultaneously across brands and categories, ensuring creative consistency, timely execution, and alignment with business teams.

Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in retail creative, with a focus on apparel and accessories e-commerce photography art direction and digital content.
Experience working within high-volume retail e-commerce photography production environments preferred.
High taste level with strong creative judgment and awareness of current design, retail, and cultural trends.
Ability to take direction, with a desire and ability to learn quickly.
Open to feedback, with a proactive and action-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Collaborative team player with experience developing creative concepts and partnering with cross-functional teams to bring work through execution.
Effective communicator and strategic storyteller, with the ability to build and present decks that connect creative solutions to business objectives.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) required; experience with Miro or other collaborative tools preferred.
