Associate Project Manager (APM) plays a key role within the project execution of all orders in HV Service to ensure delivery/completion of goods or services to the customer with a focus on customer satisfaction, invoice release through cash collection.Project Coordination:Collaborate with the commercial operations team to ensure all project-related information is accurate and complete per contractual agreements.Review and audit project handoffs, verifying contract details, payment terms, and schedules.Maintain and update all project documentation in the client ERP tool (SAP) and verify field service completion dates in the scheduling tool (MSA).Communication and Collaboration:Facilitate effective communication between the commercial operations team and the operations team (field and production) to compile details that supportNotes:Monday – Friday: 08AM – 05PMVIVA is an equal opportunity employer.
