Job Description


The primary responsibility of this [Billing Audit Specialist] is to;

Audit all Construction Vendor submittedinvoices aiding in a fair and accurate accounting.

The selected candidate will be required to interface in a cross-functionalteam environment and contribute independent ideas and participate in anefficient, productive, and effective team.

They will be expected to;

Review submitted Construction Vendorinvoices
provide a final dispositionconcerning the legitimacy of each billed unit
Resolve all deficiencies
Foster development of new processesand improvement of existing processes aiding in a fair and accurate accounting
Construction Vendor and the client Approver training

Rolesand Responsibilities:

Work to achieve team objectives, adhereto current policies, procedures, and long-range strategies.
Plan, coordinate and document specialprojects and ongoing program workflows to ensure efficiency and best practicesare incorporated into the final product.
2-4 years’ experience engaging with the clients Construction Vendors and their related SOWs (Statement of Work).
Ability to read OSP constructiondrawings.
Ability to manage multipleprojects/tasks at the same time.
Ability to assess risk and makedecisions that can impact the business.
Experience using Microsoft Officeproducts with a focus on Excel
Experience using Varasset andSiteTracker
Experience using SharePoint basedapplications
Ability to participate in a cross-functionalenvironment and contribute independent ideas to the discussion.
Ability to work independently
Providing urgent Ad-hoc data requests as requested
Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

2-4 Years of related experience
Strong technical, analytical, and organizational skills
Strong written and mature interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex topics in both written and verbal form.
Self-Starter who can work effectively, independently, as well as in a cross functional team environment
Skills, Traits and Characteristics Necessary for Success: Requires exceptional interpersonal and collaborative skills including attention to detail, superior problem-solving skills, and a high degree of organization. Excellent verbal and written skills.
Must be comfortable working in a structured, fast paced environment that embraces an entrepreneurial spirit
The ability to adjust to unanticipated changes in your daily schedule
Will provide technical expertise and operational leadership in conceiving and implementing a Construction Vendor Invoice audit team

Other Details:

This is a remote position and the length of assignment will start at one year, with the possibility of being extended.
