The client is undertaking a comprehensive, multi year modernization initiative to replace aging legacy systems—including full retirement of the ALICE platform—and transition to a unified, cloud native environment. This effort centers on building MyPAS 3.0, a modern Azure-hosted pension administration system that integrates seamlessly with client member portal and client employer portal.The modernization responds to longstanding challenges such as fragmented workflows, manual processes, limited scalability, and stability issues in legacy technologies.
