DescriptionBusiness Analyst 1. Business Analysis work experience of a minimum of 6 years.2. Ability to determine operational objectives by thoroughly understanding business functions; evaluating business processes; gathering requirements; uncovering areas of improvement; evaluating system output and formats that form part of solution implementation.3. Ability to translate Business Vision Statement into granular Epics and user stories.4. Stakeholder Management Skills: Collaborate with stakeholders (including Client, Product Owner, Development Team) to elicit requirements and translate requirements into functional and technical specifications; map requirements and ensure system conformity to stakeholder objectives.5. Translate functional requirements into process workflow charts, diagrams, use cases and stories with the ability to differentiate and call-out functional and NFRs (Non-functional requirements).6. Basic SQL/SOQL knowledge in order to query and validate data points and de-code ERDs (Entity Relationship Diagrams).7. Knowledge and working experience of scrum based Agile methodology. Participate as a pivotal team member in design, review, and planning meetings.8. Ability to identify obstacles which might impact the delivery of user stories and provide support to remove them.9. Strong analytical skills, problem solving, collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.10. Conduct Gap analysis and depict the relevant requirement. Propose business solutions and estimate effort required.11. Communicate, and negotiate requirements for end users.12. Candidate should be available at CST or EST time zone.Preferred Skills1. Working Salesforce (Sales/Service cloud) experience.2. Experience in Insurance domain.3. Knowledge of JIRA (Atlassian) tool4. Working experience in financial sector like Insurance.5.
