Supporting the region Network Planners to ensure inventory continuity globally.Experience person in supply chain management - warehousing, distribution, logistics, transportation, customer service or inventory planning would be preferredMinimum 3yrs Supply Chain Experience in similar scale supply chain roleProficient technical skills, experience with Rapid Response and JDE or other relevant planning systems would be beneficialProven stakeholder management skills (including influencing, communication negotiating and conflict management) and experience in a geographically diverse, matrix organizationBasic Project management skill and lean/continuous improvement.Strong leadership skills including leading projects with broad scope and impact outside own department & promotes teamwork between departmentsUnderstanding of all aspects of the financial impact of supply chain activity including profitability, turns, service level & inventory controlStrong communication skills (verbal/written/listening). Solid business knowledge.Sense of urgency with strong follow-up skills.
