Review colleague data before each start date to ensure everything is flowing smoothly from source systems like Workday to boundary systems.Involved in the reporting of any issues or trends discovered through analysis. Works closely with the Workday HR Information Technology, HR operations and business teams to review data, conduct structured data analyses, and give feedback. This role requires experience in conducting data analysis, some data QA procedures, documenting & communicating discoveries and trends.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Performs data review on a structured and ad-hoc basis, looking for pre-established variances and ensuring data accuracy.Utilizes multiple data sources to conduct data quality control to ensure data efficacy between systems.Ensure systems meet business requirements and quality standards through analytics best practices.Collaborates with business and IT teams and participates in defect triage meetings.Completes test planning, functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, along with troubleshooting concerns addressed and debugging.Involved in after-hours deployment efforts and post-deployment verification testing.Develop testing solutions for teams to increase efficiency.Performs other duties and projects assigned.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s Degree preferred with a minimum of three (3) + years of work experience in data quality assurance.Experience with HR data and technologyDemonstrates some knowledge of the QA testing methodsMinimum of two (2) + years of experience with WorkdayExperience working in an agile/Sprint model is a plus.Demonstrates ability to perform root cause analysis.Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail and ability to compare data between multiple sourcesExpert skills in computer terminal and personal computer operation; Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to make informal and formal presentations, inside and outside the organization; speaking before assigned team or other groups as needed.Ability to work on Sunday evenings (take off early during the remaining week)Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines in fast paced, dynamic environments.Notes:Work Schedule:Requires Sunday evening work (1–3 hours).Flexibility offered to adjust hours during the week (e.g., lighter Mondays or Fridays).Total weekly hours will not exceed 40.RemoteVIVA is an equal opportunity employer.
